We offer this service for the clients who buy the patrolTrack GPS unit to protect their vehicle. If you wish your vehicle to be under 24 hours’ dispatch control, you have to send your claim for this service. If the alarm of the vehicle is ON, the patrolTrack on-board unit informs the dispatch centre about the event. The position of the vehicle and the relevant data will appear on the dispatcher’s computer. In case of emergency, the dispatcher will inform the vehicle owner immediately, or call for emergency, if it is necessary.
